Gideon "The Protector"
This Heart of Phoenix rescured 10-year-old Saddlebred. He has quite the story of neglect and starting over to using his strengths to help others. Just like the Gideon in the Bible (Judges 6-7), we believe that out Gideon will help "the least of these" move forward and occupy their God given calling
This 12 year old reminds us that "More is true about whats unseen than whats seen". She like to coach people at liberty and will voice her impatience. Her bestie is Ellie. We love to watch them communicate and connect with eachother
Mini
Ellie
This five-year-old sweetheart has a "Cinderlla" story. At two years old she was rescued from a kill pen. She has come a long way and is a great example of how love and care can build trust and a new life.
Hands-down, this 14-year-old darling would get the "People's Choice" award! Exquisitely, she helps kids learn haltering, grooming, and leading. Teme is the lead mare for the mini herd and exibits the power of "being".
Tempe
Zacchaeus
This little 15-year-old fella used to drive Amish kids to school. Next he was a playmate for six kids driving them around the farm. He came to us well loved, and as a newbie finding his place in the herd.
Is known as "Miss Independence", this 12-year-old mini teaches "Say what you mean, mean what you say, but don't say it mean." Then she'll give you cooperation and sometimes love. She came thanks to the Wyandot Humane Society and sometime pulles a cart around.
Belle
Falcon
Falcon is eight-years-old and mother to Tango. As a sentinel and protector, she loves to go for walks on the trail. She loves to be loved. If you watch her, she will teach you. Peace and ample humility are attributes belonging to both of our long-eared friends
Tango is a four-year-old gelding and very playful. He pulls Tango around by her halter and will pick up his empty feed dish for you. He also loves to "cuddle" kids.
